5/15/10: U.S. Tanker Moves Facility to Delevan, Wisconsin

US Tanker Fire Apparatus is a leading manufacturer of fire apparatus in Burlington, WI announces that they will be moving to a new and larger facility in Delavan, WI.
“This move will allow us to improve our manufacturing process and support our strategic growth plan” said John Slawson, President of US Tanker Fire Apparatus.
The new facility is an existing building but will be completely renovated and designed for the construction of our custom Fire Apparatus. “The new facility will be almost 3.5 times larger than our existing facility. It facilitates UST to continue our leadership position in Stainless Steel Fire Apparatus fabrication and assembly. The new facility incorporates a new test facility, office space, and show room and delivery areas. This expansion will enable UST to meet our strategic growth objectives for many years and solidifies our brand in the market place as we continue to meet the needs of fire fighters across the United States and Canada”, said Mark Meaders, CEO.
US Tanker Fire Apparatus expects to be in the new facility June 1, 2010.
